I got this recipe from Jamie Eason – so I can’t take credit for it, but it’s definitely a good little snack if you’re watching what you eat. As far as serving 24 cookies out of this mixture, I got about 14. I’m sure I could have made smaller cookies but it seemed a bit pointless considering I’d probably eat 2 of the mini ones anyway. I will say that they are a little bit dry but, fuck, you can’t have your cake and eat it too okay? Well you can’t have a moist fluffy sugar filled cake and lose weight – but you can have something to get you through the cravings and this is exactly what these cookies are.
